Email us (info@herpstation.net) with the details of your order i.e., type and quantity of animals along with the shipping method of your choice. We will then send you an electronic invoice that will explain how to complete your transaction. PayPal is our prefered payment method. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to send a payment. The Herp Station is PayPal verified. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and checking account transfers via PayPal. Money orders will be excepted on a limited basis. Sorry, no personal or cashier's checks will be accepted. It is also essential that you check all local and state regulations concering reptile keeping before purchasing.
 
  
Shipping Options
 
We guarantee live, healthy arrival*. Rest assured that the new addition to your family will be shipped in a manner where comfort is maximized. Insulation, heat packs available when needed or by request. We offer overnight shipping via FEDEX to all states with the exception of Hawaii. In certain extreme weather conditions, we advise that you have your herp shipped to nearest FEDEX station for pickup. We would be glad to advise you of your nearest FEDEX location.
 
Overnight shipping cost for 1-4 animals standard box $35
Overnight shipping cost for 1-4 animals box w/ styro lining $40
 
2nd day air shipping cost for 1-4 animals standard box $22 (weather permitting)
2nd day air shipping costs for 1-4 animals box w/styro lining $27 (weather permitting)
 
Overnight within Florida $10 (you must be in the State of Florida to receive this rate)
 
Please email us for a quote if you are ordering a larger number of animals or if the animal you are ordering is oversized. If you prefer to use another carrier, we will gladly use the carrier of your choice. However, you must have an approved reptile shipping account with that carrier. At this time we are not shipping internationally. This includes Puerto Rico and Canada.
 
*In the event that your herp is delivered dead on arrival (DOA), a picture must be submitted verifying the death. The buyer is also responsible for all shipping costs of the replacement herp(s).
